What we collect
When you apply for private styling: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, city and state, and your answers about your wardrobe, timeline, service investment range, clothing budget and how you heard about us.
When you take the Juelle Color Profile: your answers about your skin, hair and eye color, your name, email and, if you choose, phone number. We do not collect photos.
Automatically: pages visited, the website that referred you, campaign details in links (such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), device and browser information, via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To respond to your application, deliver your Color Profile, schedule consultations, provide our services, improve the site and, only if you opt in, send styling tips and offers. Color Profile answers are used only to generate your fashion color guidance. They are not used to infer race, ethnicity or any health information.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you check the consent box. Your Color Profile and messages about your application are sent regardless. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not send marketing text messages.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. When you submit a form, we may share your email address, phone number and location with Meta in a scrambled (hashed) form so we can measure which ads bring visitors to us. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: Netlify (hosting), Google Workspace (client records), Kit (email), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
